ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE
Arrival: the accommodation is available from 5 p.m.
Departure: handing-over of keys is until 10 a.m.
Check-in: on the day of your arrival
Check-out: the day before your departure
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE :
- Bed linen: provided once for all the duration of your stay, based on the number of persons indicated at the time of booking.
- Local Tax
FINAL HOUSE CLEANING OFFERED:
- Final house cleaning: the service is performed by professionals and checked by a housekeeper. Any claim must be made as quickly as possible in order to intervene again.
NOT INCLUDED AND IN OPTION :
- Towels: 10€ per set/week or 2€ per set/day for stays of less than 7 nights.
- Bedding service: 10€ per bed.
- Laundry: 5€ per washing or drying machine.
- Cot: 30€ a week or 5€ a day for stays of less than 7 nights.
- High chair: 15€ a week or 3€ a day for stays of less than 7 nights.
- Tennis court: 10€ an hour.
- Intermediate cleaning service: 15€ an hour
- Deposit: the day of check-in a valid credit card number will be recorded and kept as security for any damage caused to the apartment. The document will be destroyed on the day of departure after inspection. Deposit of 600€ per apartment.
- Mandatory inventory of fixture. Any anomaly must be reported on the day of arrival or during the stay.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- Booking conditions: The booking is confirmed only after payment of the deposit: 30% of the total cost of your stay. The balance must be paid one month before your arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation the deposit (30% of the total amount) will be retained.
